Andy Chapman, Director of Eluminas Ltd, has worked professionally as an Executive Coach for nearly four years, specialising in leadership development, personal vision, effective decision making and work/non-work balance.
Andy works typically with Director or senior level managers in large commercial organisations and business owners in the creative industries and IT and financial services sectors.
Andy's clients have included Aon Ltd and Synstar Ltd) and the National Health Service. He also has worked extensively with entrepreneurs in the creative industries sector as a coach and business mentor.
Andy loves working as a coach because it enables him to honour some of the values that are most important to him including trust, integrity and helping others to discover and achieve their true potential. As a coach Andy is able to utilise the experience gained from a business career of over twenty years in economics, corporate treasury and trading and in running his own risk management consultancy business, where his clients included Abbey National, Deutsche Bank, Bank of Montreal, LG Bank and others.
Andy has a degree from Cambridge University and has an MSc from Warwick. He is a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach having trained with the Coaches Training Institute, has studied the fundamentals of Relationship Systems Coaching and is an accredited Firo-B and MBTI Step I practitioner.
Andy's other passion in life is music. He devotes part of his time to a career as a songwriter, performer and producer and also runs a monthly showcase evening for new music.
