Jackie's clients, to name a few, include Johnson & Johnson, Novo Nordisk Pharmaceutical, International Paper, Avaya, Siemens and Independence Blue Cross of New Jersey. She uses her business background to help executives clarify their purpose and passion, and to integrate these essential qualities into every aspect of their personal lives and business practices.
With more than 20 years experience at Johnson & Johnson in Operations and as a Human Resource Development Consultant, Jackie powerfully engages leaders at all levels within the organization. She believes in the essential "greatness" of all people and in the possibility of awakening that greatness to achieve exceptional personal andbusiness results. This belief is at the core of her coaching practice.
Jackie earned a coaching certification from the Hudson Institute of Santa Barbara, an M.S. in Human Resources from Webster University and an M.S. in Organization Development from the American University/NTL program. She is an adjunct Coach for Coaching.com, a Ken Blanchard Company, and is a Coach for the Senior Women's Leadership Program at Rutgers University.
