Juliette has worked with clients from a wide variety of sectors (including the NHS, PR, Telecommunications, Finance, Technology, The Arts, Coaches and the Voluntary Sector) and at all levels (from Board to aspiring managers).
Thanks to her eight years as a member of senior management herself, she also carries extensive experience of leading teams, strategic planning, training, mentoring and managing people. She therefore understands first-hand, the challenges facing leaders. This understanding coupled with her expertise and knowledge in human development and change has meant comments from clients, such as this one (from the European CEO of a global PR company) are not unusual: "I found my six month coaching session with Juliette Smith to be one of the most rewarding and motivating experiences of my career".
Juliette trained with the US-based Coaches Training Institute (CTI), is a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach and a member of the International Coach Federation. She is accredited in the use of the Emotional Competence Inventory (Hay Group/Goleman) and is studying for her Masters Degree in Change Agent Skills and Strategies at the University of Surrey in the UK.
With her two Co-Directors, she is building a thriving coaching practice in the UK called Eluminas which offers one-to-one executive coaching, a number of lively and interactive leadership and team development programmes and team facilitation.
