InnerCALL is founded and led by Jim Botkin who spent his career on the leading edge of contemporary thinking about such critical business issues as knowledge creation, integrated learning, entrepreneurial partnerships, executive development, and innovation in large and small corporations. Jim serves as a Global Partner and as a Leadership Coach. Angelica Achi is the Chief Operations Officer.
