Methodology
Approach to top management:
  • get buy-in at the top
  • establish measurement criteria
  • explain how we honor confidentiality with clients AND keep company informed of progress and strategic substantive issues
  • note organizational role at beginning, mid-point and end of engagement
  • establish specific objectives of coaching engagements and how these fit with overall organizational strategies
Design Phase:
  • establish program and organizational objectives at the executive committee level;
  • set objectives at the individual level; identify gaps between current/desired performance;
  • develop the metrics to measure program results.
Coaching Phase:
  • assess executive participant development needs;
  • design/deliver customized engagements for individuals and groups;
  • report on results to senior management while keeping essential-to-trust confidentiality.
Roll Out Phase:
  • create/deliver specialized programs tailored to the organization;
  • develop/arrange referrals to "best in class" learning resources.
