With a proven track record of achievements in marketing, customer service and business development of consumer brands for FTSE 100 companies, Sue is comfortable working with executives at all levels of the organisation and within a variety of business settings. Her corporate experience has included senior executive level sales & marketing roles within organisations such as Whitbread, Virgin, Granada and Colgate Palmolive.
Sue enjoys her coaching role as she is particularly passionate about helping people make conscious choices and about understanding the full impact of leaders on those around them.
Sue is a Certified Professional Co-active Coach (ICF accredited) and a graduate of the Co-Active Space Leadership programme. In addition she is an Accredited Practitioner of the Emotional Competence Inventory (The Hay Group), the MBTI Step 1 and Firo-B, as well as a Licensed Firework Career Coach.
Sue has a degree from the University of Wales and an MBA from Manchester Business School.
