In 2002, Valérie started establishing her business in New York City, as Cross-Cultural Executive Coach. She became a CPCC (Certified Professional Co-Active Coach) in November 2004 after an extensive training with CTI (the Coaches Training Institute), a California-based school of coaching fully accredited by the International Coaching Federation. She is also a member of the ICF. In April 2005, Valérie has graduated from the one-year CTI Co-Active Leadership program, therefore gaining expertise in leading group trainings and workshops.
Creative and full of humor, yet rigorous and efficient, she is using her business and management background to help people achieve better results and feel more accomplished in their personal & professional life. She loves working with business leaders, creative people of all kinds and expatriates.

Valérie Beyssade is also a mother of 3 children, an avid traveler, amateur singer, runner and yoga practitioner.
